These ARTICLES OF FAITH, grounded in the Christian Scriptures, are given as a basis for belief, fellowship and ministry "that we all preach the same thing"

Let it be remembered, however, that this is not given as a summary of the complete revelation of biblical truth, only that it covers our present needs as to these

fundamental doctrines and practices.

1.WE BELIEVE THAT THERE IS ONE LIVING AND TRUE GOD, eternally existing in three persons, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, each of whom possess

equally all the attributes of deity and the characteristics of personality

, power and glory. In the beginning God created all and by His sovereign power He continues to sustain His creation.

By his providence, He is operating throughout history to fulfil His redemptive purposes.

2.WE BELIEVE THAT THE BIBLE IS THE SOLE BASIS OF OUR BELIEF, composed of the sixty-six (66) books of the Old and New Testament.

These Scriptures are the Word of God,fully inspired, without errors in the original manuscripts, and infallible rule of faith and practice.

WE BELIEVE IN GOD THE FATHER, AN INFINITE, PERSONAL Spirit, perfect in holiness, wisdom, power, and love; that He concerns Himself mercifully in the affairs of men and women;

that He hears and answers prayer, and that He saves from sin and death all who come to Him through Jesus Christ.

3.WE BELIEVE IN JESUS CHRIST, God's only begotten Son, conceived by the Holy Spirit. We believe in His virgin birth, sinless life, miracles and teachings,

His substitutionally atoning death,bodily resurrection, ascension into heaven, perpetual intercession for His people and personal,

visible return to earth to consummate history and the eternal plans of God.

We believe in His first coming, Jesus inaugurated the fulfilment of the kingdom of God.

4.WE BELIEVE IN THE HOLY SPIRIT, who came forth from the Father and the Son to convict the world of sin, righteousness and judgement,

and to regenerate, sanctify and empower for ministry all who have belief in Christ,
we believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer in Jesus Christ and that He is an abiding Helper, Teacher and Guide.

We believe in the present ministry of the Holy spirit and in exercise of all the Biblical gifts of the spirit.

5.WE BELIEVE THAT All MEN, are sinners by nature and choice and are therefore under condemnation, that God regenerates and baptizes by the Holy Spirit,

those who repent of their sins and confess Jesus Christ as Lord.

6.WE BELIEVE IN THE UNIVERSAL CHURCH, the living spiritual body, of which Christ is the Head and all in union with Jesus Christ as believers become members of His body, the church.

Wherever God's people meet regularly in obedience to His command, there is the local expression of the church.

7.WE BELIEVE that the Lord Jesus Christ committed two (2) ORDINANCES to the church: baptism and the Lord's Supper.

We believe in water baptism and communion open to all believers.

8.WE BELIEVE, also in the laying on of the hands for the empowering of the Holy Spirit, for ordination of pastors, elders and deacons,

for receiving gifts of the Spirit and for healing.

9.WE BELIEVE, in the personal, visible appearing of Christ to the earth and the consummation of his Kingdom; in the resurrection of the body, the final judgement and eternal blessing of the righteous and endless suffering of the wicked.

10.WE BELIEVE, in what is termed "The Apostle's Creed" as the embodying fundamental facts of Christian faith, and endorse the historic orthodox creeds of the Church.
